1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the bagh3 platform and all of its services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bagh3 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to the revised Terms. We therefore recommend that members revisit this page regularly.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at bagh3, you must be 21 years of age or older. Only adults may participate on this platform. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and bagh3 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed. bagh3 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing your details with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on bagh3 are currently supported through the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay

Funds sent through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted, and a refund may not be guaranteed.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may be longer if identity verification is incomplete or a security check is required.

3.4 Transaction Authenticity

You must ensure that the payment account you use is registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is prohibited, and if found, your account may be suspended.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games on bagh3.
• Bonuses have a set expiry — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• bagh3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Service Availability

bagh3 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. bagh3 will not be liable for any financial losses in such situations.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

All games on our platform are conducted fairly and transparently. If any member exploits a software bug, error, or technical advantage to win unfairly, those winnings will be considered void.

5.3 Fraud & Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, collusion, use of bots, automated software, or any other dishonest means of gaining an advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

5.4 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, bagh3 reserves the right to review and correct that transaction. Funds gained as a result of an error will not be considered valid winnings.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

The bagh3 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The detailed conditions of the VIP program are subject to change, and bagh3 holds the final authority on such matters.

7 Responsible Gaming

bagh3 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want every member to play for enjoyment and to stay within their limits. If any member feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life, please contact us.

8 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bagh3 complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Using our platform for illegal financial transactions is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, we may suspend the relevant account for investigation and reserve the right to notify the appropriate authorities.

As part of the identity verification process (KYC), we may request documents such as a national identity card or passport from any member. This process is secured with SSL encryption.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bagh3 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — are the exclusive property of bagh3. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-party games and software used on the platform (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and other providers) are operated under their respective ownership rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

bagh3 is not liable for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from third-party technical errors.
• Any loss caused by a member's own negligence or carelessness.
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

Gambling on the platform is a matter of personal responsibility. We expect members to play consciously and within their own financial means.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance after the request will be paid out in accordance with the rules.

11.2 Closure by bagh3

bagh3 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registration with false information.
• Fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Detection of a minor's account.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. bagh3 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information safe.

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by legal obligation.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute about any matter, please contact our support team first. Our team provides assistance in Bengali and English 24/7. Most matters can be resolved quickly through discussion.

bagh3 reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute, particularly regarding gaming results. If a matter is not resolved within 30 days of the complaint being raised, members may request a re-review.

14 Changes & Amendments to Terms

bagh3 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify members through the platform. However, it is always your responsibility to check this page regularly.

If you continue using the platform after changes are published, you will be considered to have agreed to the revised Terms.

15 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bagh3 and the member, and replace any prior oral or written discussions.
